• Adjustment of Freon level (adding up to two pounds for free)
• Flushing and cleaning of drain line
• Tightening or adjustment of electrical connections
• Blowers inspection
• Changing of filters
• Fan belt adjustment or replacement
• Cleaning of condenser coils
• Analysis of voltage and amps feeding the compressor, heating elements, and indoor or outdoor motors
